Gossip Bird - The Lady Who Gossip

"There is so much good in the worst of us, and so much bad in the best of us, that it ill behaves any of us to find fault with the rest of us. " Quoted by James Truslow Adams

I want all of you who are reading this blog to ask the following questions to yourselves. How many times in a day do you gossip about someone? Did you ever complained about your colleagues or workplace on Facebook (directly or indirectly)? Was it fun during the gossiping session?
During my one hour meal break at work, all I could do was complain while stuffing food in my mouth. As I was complaining about something, someone’s name came up and I end up gossiping about that person. Guess what! I enjoyed doing that. As I was in the lift after my break all I could think was ‘Damn Bloody Hell, I Suck’.
The next few hours, I was just hoping and praying that the person I gossiped with would not tell anyone what I have told. This is when I got sudden enlightenment and I came up with an equation.
Gossip + Judgemental = Anxiety and Stress (Followed by migraine and stomach ache) =Possible Trouble in Future
It is not only me but many of us gossip and this could be done by us unknowingly. The most surprising thing is that, some us even gossip or being judgemental on Facebook status thinking that it is cool. This includes complaining about workplace or our colleagues. I have read a post by someone that mentioned her company is racist since they hire people from a certain ethnic background more than people from her race. I mean how stupid are you to post something like that when your colleague may read this.
Siapa makan Cili, dia rasa pedas (I can feel the heat myself J being honest here!!).
 Trust me, it’s not cool at all when your boss give you a dismissal letter and a possible kick in you’re a** when he reads your post.
After much analysis and research, I came to a very simple conclusion where everybody knows but ignores it : Talking about someone when he or she is not present ain’t awesome and it can 'Belakang Api (please translate in English J)' you. Beware!!

Our 1st year Anniversary- 5th Dec 2010- Love, Love and All Love

Surprise surprise!! Guess whose blogging.. Its the great Kanchini!... By now, most of you would know how me and Prakash got together.. Please allow me to pen down a little bit bout my soul and my anniversary and all of you are welcomed to drop a comment.

On the 5th of December 2009 is the first time I met Prakash after so many years. I was like 'DAMN, HE'S HOT' when I saw him. It has now been exactly one year since I say those sentence and I wouldn't change even one letter today.

As to celebrate our anniversary, my darling took me out to The Curve, the same place for our first date. Since, the choice of restaurant was left to me, I chose Italiannese. He had Sangria and I had white wine. Main course was delicious pizza with a unpronounceable Italian name (It was with chicken, green pepper and some other stuff). I felt for a moment like an Italian actress out on a romantic date. We both had the chance to walk down the memory lane and not to mention laughed a lot.

We than walked to Ikano and I got my gift, two pairs of shoes (Girls, don't be jealous :)). All of a sudden, Prakash was just to excited with Cold Storage (I have no idea why) and we ended up buying a tub of chocolate ice-cream for supper. We walked around at Curve a bit, looked at engagement rings and just chillex at Starbucks for a bit.

And that's just not the end yet. We than hit back to Subang Parade Parkson to get perfumes courtesy of my parents. We each got our CK but we were even more excited with the extra gift we got which was tiny balls of magnets that can be structured in different shapes. I shall ask Prakash to post picture of it for you guys to get the idea as why were excited and not think that we are insane :).

At this moment, we are at home enjoying our ice-creams and watching movies and all I can think is that I am the luckiest gal to be with the most amazing guy. Well, yes we do have have fights (FYI, I always punch him and he always lose) and arguments but that is part and parcel of our lives. We believe being there for each other, discussing, understand each others moods, arguments, no barriers and making jokes keeps us together. Not forgetting you have to make a fool out of yourself sometimes as well. I did a Tai-chi + wu chu acrobat at 3 am in the morning for no reason. He sings the girl version of a song (sounds gay by the way) sometimes or dances in the car (you will be surprised).

For all couples out there, I am no professional PHD holder in love but I do know I am in love and what I have just wrote above is a secret for true love.

As for you my darling soulmate, Prakash, without you I would be simply lost. Thank you for for all the amazing moments.

As quoted by William Shakespeare;

Doubt thou the stars are fire;
Doubt that the sun doth move;
Doubt truth to be a liar;
But never doubt I love.

Simply Friendship

When I first met Kumar at workplace I addressed him as 'Anne' knowing that he was my senior. The exact word from his mouth was ' Hey don't call me anne la, I am about you age only. Call me bro'. I guess he said that since Bro sounds more standard/cool than anne.

Since than, whenever we have the chance to be in the same shift, we chat as we do our work (Mind you, We do our work!!!!). As the days and months pass by, we were like 'Wow, Dude, we are like 'sama kepala la'. We discovered friendship during our learning process. He was very generous when it comes to teaching/correcting me in regards to work. I on the other hand, shares my self development ideas to him.

I and Kanchini had the chance to be there on his special day from begining till the end. That 's the first time we met Karen. After their honeymoon, I met the newly-wed couples again. Karen is as funny as Kumar. I remember saying this to me, 'Prakash, I don't how to cook yet. Come next year I will cook for you ok'.

We than started to hang out as couples. I was glad that Kanchini and Karen could get along but I did not see what they could do together. They were bullying me and Kumar to the max!!! The men had no choice but to shut our mouth and 'anguk-anguk' kepala only (What a shame!).

A friend in need is a friend indeed and that's how I describe Kumar. He has been there when I need a favour. Thanx dude (Manly handshake).Not to forget, a HUGE THANKS to Karen for showing care and was there from time to time for Kanchini when she was admitted.

Glad that the year 2010 ended with a new brotherhood friendship.

Prakash Naidu & Kanchini Sekaran In Love

Love Exist and that is why we have decided to present this blog on our love story to you all out there. Don't ever lose hope or ever think that it happens only in fairytale stories. Let this story be an inspiration to all that is already in love, looking for love as well as to the ones who hates love :) Happy reading.
Kanchini and I met via Facebook & Instant messenger back in 2009. We were friends for a great few months before we became a couple back in early December 2009. We finally met in person on the 5th December 2009 after 4 years of her student life back in London, UK. It is the most remarkable and historical date for the both of us.
Neither of us was expecting to fall in love online, but yet here we are telling you our story.
This is the story of our first meeting.

Love rocks people....
“It was a beautiful morning of November 13th, I got the news that she's (Kanchini) back to Malaysia after months of Facebook-ing & IM's. The moment that, I have waited for months has arrived. Those were the days where every minutes feels like an hour, every hour feels like a day, every day feels like forever...We decided to meet & I traveled 320km just to have a special day out with her. I got lost immediately.
Finally when I reached her place, in the middle of the road was her dad in shorts, pasted with the look that says ' Is this the dude?'. My heart almost came out through my mouth. I had to swallow it back to show my macho-ness and asked her dad permission to take her out. Her family spoke something in Telugu which sounded like they gonna bash me up any minute. Finally with a smile from her parents I manage to steal her away for the day.
The two of us immediately talk all kind of stories without a pinch of awkwardness. We went to the Curve and she was so 'jakon' since she has never been there. She can claims KL as her first boyfriend when she hasn't even been to the Curve. Every building she saw she was just jumping with exciting. I wonder, is she from UK or Ulu Kelang. Opps, shoes gonna fly later. hehe..
Well, later in the evening I took her to Al-Andalus. God, this woman can really talk. She was on an on with stories and I was shaking inside. Wonder why people? Coz I have a plan. I took her there and we talk more and finally I took her to lamp post and ask her to close her eyes. She was nervous but eventually she followed my instruction. I took out a tiny box and asked her to be my girlfriend. This time not only my heart wanted to come out but my intestines as well was threatening to do so... She must have thought of the entire place I chose a lamp pose.
She was shocked and could not say a word. After a couple of torturous minutes she said she has to think. I was just relieved as if I completed my Life's toughest exam not bothered whether I failed or passed. I took her back home and again there was no awkwardness. I felt very sad that I have to go back but I did not have any chose.
Exactly on the 5th of December she agreed to be my girlfriend. Yahoo!!! Life could not be sweeter after that. Till date we love each other without expectation

Moments in the Garden of Serenity

captured by: Mahgesh Raao
13 OCTOBER 2010, the date when Canon EOS 550D was introduced into my life. As a gift or I would say a token on my precious day. The most remarkable present I've ever received and I wish to thank my future in-laws Mr & Mrs Sekaran and not to forget Ms. Kanchini, the most loving daughter, whom,I claimed the most amazing person I have ever met in my life. The reason behind the touch of photography & blog is due to be credited to my beloved partner,Ms. Kanchini.

This girl has made a tremendous fantabulous changes in my life, namely from love to an endless love. Every happy couples and successful partners have words about their love life and I have mine about her.

" The hours I spend with you I look upon as sort of a perfumed garden, a dim twilight, and a fountain singing to it.  You and you alone make me feel that I am alive.  Other men it is said have seen angels, but I have seen thee and thou art enough. "

She is my inspiration and this is the start of my blog.....
